Crypto Market Roundup: ETF Outflows and Tokenization Launches
Chang.K·Nov 2, 2026·3 min readBitcoin ETFs end the week with net outflows as DTCC launches tokenization, RLUSD reaches Coinbase, and JQQQ brings Nasdaq-100 exposure onchain.

Bitcoin ETF flows turned negative for the week after a sharp reversal in the final session. Meanwhile, DTCC launched its tokenization service, RLUSD reached Coinbase, and Janus Henderson and Centrifuge introduced an onchain fund seeking to track the Nasdaq-100. The developments span investor flows, securities infrastructure, stablecoin distribution and fund access.
Late ETF Outflows Reverse the Week
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs ended last week with net outflows after about $643 million left in the final trading session. The preceding four sessions had attracted roughly $441 million combined. BlackRock's IBIT and Fidelity's FBTC recorded the two largest withdrawals in the final session. The weekly reversal shows why a run of positive sessions does not necessarily produce a positive weekly total.
DTCC Tokenization Service Goes Live
DTC, DTCC's securities-depository subsidiary, launched the DTCC Tokenization Service last week. Eligible users can convert securities entitlements between traditional and tokenized forms while retaining their ownership rights and economic entitlements. Twenty DTC participants had signed agreements to access the service. Its initial networks are Canton and DTCC's private Besu network; the participant count represents access agreements, not a measure of completed tokenized trading volume.
RLUSD Expands Across Coinbase
Ripple and Coinbase expanded RLUSD access across Coinbase Prime, Coinbase Exchange and the retail app. The launch supports XRP Ledger, Base and Ethereum, extending the dollar stablecoin's distribution across institutional and retail platforms. Coinbase Global Exchange availability, including using RLUSD as collateral, is planned to follow. That future functionality should be distinguished from the services included in the initial rollout.
JQQQ Brings Nasdaq-100 Exposure Onchain
Janus Henderson and Centrifuge announced JQQQ, a blockchain-native fund seeking to track the Nasdaq-100 under a license from Nasdaq. The fund launches exclusively on Stellar and is available only to eligible investors outside the United States. Investors receive indirect exposure through the fund rather than direct ownership of constituent stocks. Potential collateral and lending uses depend on third-party services and should not be read as universally available features.
